Unhealthy conflict hurts workers and the business

Here is an article that brought up some bad memories for me. My last job before starting my own business was with a major retailer. My boss would try encouraging workforce conflict because she felt it would make the employees work harder.

However, in the long run it only created strife between the different parties and eventually many people left.
