What do you do for a Year End Review
I do not believe in New Years resolutionslinks however, I do think it is worthwhile to take time to review 2006 and think ahead about the results you want in 2007.

Five Year End Review Questions

Where have I grown?

What's worked for me this year and been something I need to continue to do?

What have I learned that I need to start doing?

What do I want to focus on for 2007?

Once you have decided your focus, drop by my site to read a couple of articles to help you get ready for 2007:
