Wal-Mart Jump-Starts Discounts for Holidays

Looks like Wal-Mart is worrying about This Christmaslinks season. Over the last couple of years we have started to see that Wal-Mart is human too and is starting to have problems of its own.

Wal-Mart moves Christmas...
But make no mistake of it, Wal-Mart doing this is going to cause all the competition to reanalysis what they had planned for the Christmas season and so should you. Of course you cannot compete against Wal-Mart and shouldn't try, but you also have to keep in mind what your competitors like Wal-Mart are doing and decide how you should proceed.

But remember, if you do decide to push of some of your Christmas promotions, you could alienate some of your client base who does not appreciate the season creep. I know some are already telling some retailers how they feel about the creep.
