Are you waiting for someone else to make the next decision?
You run your own business now so there is no one else to make the hard decisions; you are the boss so you have to be ready to make the big decisions. One of the nice things about working for someone else is that there is other people you can depend on to help make the hard decision but when you are running the show you only have yourself and your family to make all the decisions.
This also goes back to believing in your self. You have to believe in the decisions you make and that they are the best decisions possible. If you are scared to make really big decisions you are going to have a hard time making it, but then you probably would have made the jump in the first place right?
This also points our why being organized is so important. If you are going to be making the right decisions you have to have all the information right at your finger tips and if you are not organized, you will not be able to find out the information you need.
The Home Biz Notes blog also has some information on this topic.

This is one of the biggest problems I see with people starting their own internet business- with no one telling them what to do they start to drift- either not taking action, or jumping from one thing to the other.
I like using James Brausch's plan for this...
1. Take action.
2. Focus on one thing at a time.
3. Follow a proven path.
1 and 2 help you focus on getting things done, and 3 makes sure you are working on the right thing.
If you find a mentor that you like and trust, it takes a lot of the guesswork out of the "game". Then you just need to follow 1, and 2, and if you stick to it long enough, success will come.
