The Best Franchise? Too Many to Pick

What's the best franchise to get into?

I've seen a lot in the past year about how great franchises are. Lots of support for a new entrepreneur.

If I had to pick a franchise for me... Maybe Starbucks. I love coffee. But Starbucks has so many lacy, frilly kind of drinks. I'm not much into vanilla double latte frappuccino mocha expresses. I like nice, hot dark roast coffee (preferable Sumatran) in, (you know) like, a cup. Maybe with a little sugar. Recently Starbucks has been kind of down anyway.

There's always McDonalds (although there's so many of them). And Burger King. And Wendy's and Hardees and Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza Hut. Of course, why restrict it to fast food. I could start an Applebee's or a Bob Evans or a Cracker Barrel. An Olive Garden would be nice.

Funny how I think of food first when someone says franchise. Maybe a dry cleaners would be better...
