What happens when someone is on your website but does not buy from you?
In most cases the customer just goes to another website and you may not hear from them again. Unlike in your retail store it is harder to keep a customer from walking out on you and you will never know why.
That is where Webfinity comes in. It will bring up a pop-up window that says there is an operator ready to give you a special if you will stay on the website. What this does is give you one more opportunity to sell the customer a product.
While some may like this because it can be a little pushy, remember there is a 99% chance that once that customer leaves your site you will never have them on your site again.
Remember that having a pleasing website and all the important aspects of a website also come into play. This is the last ditch effort to make a sale.
The Small Biz Technology Blog also has some information about the product.
