That's right even though we are almost a month away from the back to school weeks; it is time to start thinking about the biggest time of the year. You need to start planning now to give yourself a great Holiday season.

For some businesses this may just mean making a reservation to have a Holiday Party and ordering the cards to send to your clients.

For retailers it can be much more complicated. If you sell toys you need to figure out what is going to be the hot sellers in a few months. It seems that every year there is one toy that stands out from the rest and if you can get your hands on some you will be a hero to some poor parent trying to find that one gift that will make their child happy.

You also need to start planning what kind of promotions you are going to have for the Holiday Season. Get together with your network and see what ideas they have for the season and work together to come up with a plan of action.
