Are you reaching your customers yet?

In the past I have talked about the importance of having a blog in order to reach your customers. This allows you to give a more personal face to your customer. Not only that but you can also market to the people reading your blog and give them insightful information about your business and what is happening in it.

The Small Business Trends blog today mentions about another aspect of marketing and the changing face of Customer Relationship Management.

We have talked about how important it is to find out why your customers are buying from you and what you are doing right and wrong. Another thing you need to find out about your customers is where they are. In today's world that could be on Myspace, Facebook, Twitter and many others.

If your customers are there, that means your potential customers are there so you need to have a presence there also. One example is photographers that are making use of Flickr to market to potential clients. They use Flickr as a marketing tool to create potential business.

Find out where your customers are and join them.
