Shipping Blues or Browns?

Do you ship with UPS?

Shipping Blues or Browns?
Big Brown Mess comes from the Contrarian Consuliting Blog which is written by fellow consultant Alan Weiss. In this blog entry he shows a little fee that UPS ads on if you want a monthly statement instead of a bill for everything you ship. He points out that UPS charges for this were their major competitor does not.

He also goes on to mention that he tried to contact UPS customer service about it and asked for the general council and was told that they will only respond to other lawyers not to the customers.

This once again shows how a small business can run laps around a big corporation. While you may not be in the product delivery business, if a customer has an issue with their Billingslinks insure that they can talk to you or someone else at the top. This will show that you care about your customers and want to insure them the best possible customer service.
