I stumbled upon this list of links to legal agreements and provide it here with a caveat - using template legal agreements requires specific legal knowledge that unless you are an attorney may actually cause more problems for you than having no agreement at all.

How? These agreements are written to deal with the most common and general situations and may not have enough specific detail to adequately protect you and your company.

My suggestion is to use the docs as a tool to educate yourself on the issues and then seek legal counsel.
