Robert Jones made the point recently that in an economy where businesses are failing and everyone's concerned with cutting costs, renegotiating your costs is a meaningful strategy.
Everything can be renegotiated. Everything. If it was negotiated to start with in some way, it can definitely be revisited - from rents on your facilities to wages and benefits. You can renegotiate with suppliers and you can renegotiate with creditors.
Jones' story gives some insights as to how to go about it and a glimpse of just how well the strategy can work.
