Priority List

First of all it is getting the money. It takes money to start a business so getting that money should be priority one. How much money you will need depends on the type of business you are starting and once you get your business plan done you will have a better idea how much you will need.
Next is to sell more products and get them out the door. As an entrepreneur you are first and foremost a salesperson. Your product will not sell itself no matter how good it is so you need to be selling all the time.
The third item they have is to hire a brilliant staff. Now if you are starting on a shoe string like I have you are not worrying about hiring anyone at this time. But when you start to grow your business
you will eventually need to hire staff and you want to ensure that you hire the best. Some small business owners are scared of people who have more knowledge than they do, but these are the people you want. After all the more knowledge at your disposal the better your business will be. Finally you worry about everything else.
You also need to have a good priority filter. Make sure all your priorities are contributing to the building of your business and they will end up falling into the top three.
