What motivates your employees?
As a small business every one of your employees is vitally important so keeping them motivated is just as important. This video comes over from Great Britain but the results of the studies have pretty much the same in most developed countries.
This video is filled with good information on what your employees may be looking for. Of course what will work in your business depends on the type of business you run but there is a host of ideas here that you can develop to keep your employees motivated.
