Are you the SEO of your company (search engine optimizer)? Or do you have some one doing everything for you?
If you have an outside company building and managing your website, search engine optimization is one of the things they should be doing for you. However, as I have mentioned before, it is your responsibility to know that it is being done right. You will want to get an understanding of the basics on how search engine optimization is done so you can insure that your outsourcer is doing it right.
