What mistakes do you need to fix from 2007?

We as entrepreneurs do not always do the best job of acknowledging our mistakes as we are our successes but it we need to learn from our mistakes.

Our friends at the Freelance Folder have another great entry about fixing those mistakes including identifying the mistakes, creating an action plan, getting accountable, and to take the five minutes now to figure it all out.

This is an excellent list to get you started on your way so that not only do you avoid repeating the mistakes you made but to turn them around a make them successes.

I would also ad that you should not dwell on the mistakes you have made but learn from them and move on. I was always one to dwell on what I should, could a, would a, and not on learning and moving on. This left in the position of getting stuck in the past and not moving on in the present.

Lets make it our goal for 2008 to learn to acknowledge our mistakes, learn from them, take action against them and move on to a more successful 2008.
