Marketing: Capturing Information About You
How much customer information do you capture and use in your marketing?

Eric Schmidt, Google's chief executive has plans to learn more about you so they can help you answer questions like, What shall I do tomorrow? or What job shall I take?

Does that seem a bit intrusive to you? Schmidt plans to put their advertising on everything they help you organize.
"The goal is to enable Google users to be able to ask the question such as 'What shall I do tomorrow?' and 'What job shall I take?' "

Mr Schmidt told journalists in London: "We cannot even answer the most basic questions because we don't know enough about you. That is the most important aspect of Google's expansion." Via Financial Times

In my opinion, I do not want that much help from Google, know what to do tomorrow and what job to take. Thanks anyways.

Do you capture and archive customer information now? If so, how much data, how do you use it, and what are your plans to use it in the future?

What do you think? How would you feel if Google was able to answer those questions for you?
