What are you doing to keep your customers shopping in this economy?
It should be no surprise to anyone that most of the major retailers are reporting disappointing financial numbers. With everyone worried about the economy, people are going to spend less money than they would have in the past. So what are you doing to ensure that your customers will continue shopping with you?

I have gone over some of the ideas before to keep your customers loyal but it is always good to get a reminder so that you can evaluate how you are doing.
If you do these things during the good times, then it will be easier to keep the customer loyal during the dark times. However, there is never a bad time to institute these ideas to build your business.
