Are your employees using their own vehicles while on company business?
Do you have employees running errands with their personal car?
Many small business owners have employees run errands or other business related activities with their personal cars. Risky Business Blog has an entry that tells you some things you should do to ensure you're covered in case of an accident.
I agree with the writer that you should ensure that your employee's car insurance is up to snuff. After all if they cause an accident while doing errands for the company, the company can also be held liable for damages.
You will also want to insure that you are covered through your business policy in case of an accident.
