Is your business Holiday party planned yet?
The Seattle PI has great article on Holiday Parties for small businesses. Some businesses are finding that last minute parties are the way to go.
Other businesses have started looking at new ideas for the Holiday Parties such as finding something fun to do. My experiences with traditional parties are that the people there tend to be with their own little group and some people end up feeling left out. Plus you also have the dangers of people drinking to much and causing problems both at the party and afterwards.
To solve this kind of problem some businesses are doing such things as going to bowling alleys or other amusement places.
Still other businesses that are more spread out just give out gift certificates to spas and such and let their employees do something they want to do instead of having a formal party.
Whatever you decided to do just make sure you and your employees have fun!!
