Hiring Video Part III

. In the first part of the video he talks about things you should look for when hiring someone if you don't have to the time look in advance like he talked about in the previous video.
The first thing he says you should look for is someone who is into business. If the person answers you with a positive answer such as they like the challenge you may have a good prospect but if they give you a mediocre answer this may not be the right person.
He also states you want to hiring people who are going to be drivers. People who are self motivated who will work hard and get things done without being held by the hand.
One thing I will add is that it is often difficult for small businesses to have a good group of employees to pick from. That is why it is so important when you find the right person that you treat them right and try to keep them.
