Today, building green is the rage. Not only is a good for the environment but it also can be good from a marketing point of view.

While building green may cost more than building a standard building, you should consider the savings in utilities, plus the public relations bonus you will get. However, the amount of public relations it generates greatly depends on where you are considering.
