Good Customer Service?

Filed in archive Increase Profits by John Dornoff on June 17, 2008

This is a very short video but there are two things about it that I like.

At the start of the film you will judge the employee one way but by the end of the film you see something different. Sometimes we may jump to conclusions about a situation and later learn that there was some information we didn't have and have to backtrack.

The video also points out that you may be asked to do some strange things by your customers and if they are reasonable, you will want to make the customer happy.
