Are you prepared for the New Year?

We have been talking about setting goals over the last month and now we enter 2008 so it is time to have those goals written down and prepared to be implemented.

Have you separated your goals for long range (5+ years-the big goals), medium range goals (1 or 2 to 5 years) and your short range goals (less than 2 years, most l year)?

Now that you have your short range goals you need to set specific dates on them and have them written down. You will also want to start working on monthly goals that will insure that you reach your short range goals. Once you have your monthly goals then you can break them down by weeks and days.

While setting goals may not seem easy, remember you need to have written down goals because you cannot hit a target when you don't have one.
