Goal Setting Software

Then Lifetick mentioned in the Unclutterer blog may be the help you need to get your goal setting started or more consistent. Lifetick is a software program that allows you to input your core values then set goals toward those values. It also asks you to set specific dates that the goals should be accomplished.
You can customize the program so that it will send you reminders when a task needs to be accomplished or drop you a note when a task has not been accomplished. The program will also sync with Outlook, Google Calendar, and iCal.
If you are having a hard time making and committing to goals, this might be the answer for you.
On the other hand, as I have mentioned before I like to use a whiteboard to write my goals down. I see it every morning when I walk into the office and I am constantly reminded of how well I am doing.
What is important is that you are setting goals, writing them down and working toward achieving those goals.
