Getting Things Done and Throw Away Your PDA
If you are frustrated with your PDA and feeling like you have no time, it could be that you lack priorities. But rather than write about, I am going to send you to a very detailed and robust article named Getting Things Done.
A new contract where I work 6 hours a day has me thinking about productivity. I recently landed a new contract. I set my own hours, show up when I want, and leave when I want. I'm also more productive than I've been in years. I literally turned around the company's 4 major web sites from miserable and not working to in perfect working condition in 3 or 4 days. Here are some of the factors I think are helping me here. Via MarklTAW
I agree with MarkTAW that you must "Write Everything Down. In One Notebook", "Don't "Live" At The Office", and "Choose A System And Stick To It" amongst many other great tips. Be careful, this is a really long article.

Insights like "Think of work as the gym." make the long read worthwhile. Check MarcTAW out because he is not the only one Throwing Away his PDA
