Exercise Desk?

Filed in archive Personal Development by John Dornoff on September 23, 2008

Do you want to work while you work out?

Then the Babe of Business has the answer for you. The all in one treadmill and desk will allow you to work and exercise at the same time. Isn't that what you always wanted?

My answer is a big NO!

Don't we spend enough time working without it invading time we take away from working? I have mentioned many times that it is important that we have time to ourselves.

While there may be advantages to exercising while you are working, are you not creating just another distraction that will cause your quality of work to go down? Better to concentrate on work and do quality work than trying to do too many things at once and doing none of them well.

Lets keep work stations and exercise equipment separate.
