Employment Ads..
Do you need to hire employees?

How are you going to look for those employees? For most small businesses there is the ad in the newspaper. Others may be able to look toward their own employees to find the right person for the job.

Beyond that you have the websites like monster. But as the Bootstrapper blog points out to advertise in Monster cost a great deal of money and for most small business owners, too much.

So what are the alternatives?

The Bootstrapper includes links to 50 different sights that you can post job applications on for free. Take a look at a few of them and find ones that may work for you.

I would suggest looking at the ads that other businesses have put in there and see if they are in a similar market to you. Once you find the right combination of sights I would have a couple of people proof the ad to insure that you will attract the right type of applicant to your ad.

Once you are happy with the ad, run it and good luck!!
