Do you hold regular strategy setting sessions?

As Dave from Freelance Folder points out Strategy Sessions do not have to be long drawn out events and they benefit both large and small businesses.

When doing strategic planning there is some things you want to take a look at.

First of all what is steeling your time? Are you spending too much time with accounting because you are using a poor accounting system or you have not hired a bookkeeper? What is stealing your time and taking time away from running your business properly? Take a look at any event that stole your time and plan to have the situation taken care of.
