Develop your business plan

Filed in archive Writing a Business Plan by John Dornoff on February 8, 2008

Are you ready to develop your business plan?

This is the first of an 8 part series that has been posted to you tubelinks from Tim Barry on how to develop your business plan.

Can you be a success without a business plan? Yes you can, but without the business plan you do not have a direction of your business is going. Most businesses that start without a plan quickly find out that they need the plan in order to plan for the future.

While building your business plan is going to take time and research, your chances of success are greater with the plan. Not only that, but when you design a business plan you have to ask yourself hard questions on what you are actually doing, how you are going to build business, and who your customers are.

Take a look at the video and I will presenting the other sections at a later time.
