With rising energy cost, saving money becomes very important.

Once again small business owners can do a better job of being creative in finding ways to save than big corporations.
One thing to keep in mind when trying to save money is not to do anything that will hurt customer service. Remember when big companies cut cost the first place they usually look is employees and usually the employees that are dealing with customers. Just take a look at K-Mart. They have cut store employees so much that you cannot get any good service
