Customer Database

Filed in archive Marketing by John Dornoff on August 5, 2008

I have talked about marketing many times in this blog. Here is a short video that summarizes ways in order to get your customers information so that you can send them information about future events and make them a regular customer.

As a small business owner you do not have the luxury of having a millions of dollars to blanket the area with advertising like your major competitors. Instead you can build a database of people who have shopped in your business so that you can send them regular emails about promotions at your store.

As we have talked about before, the more information you can gain so that you can personalize the emails, the better response you will get.
