Writing a Business Plan
by John Dornoff on December 20, 2007
When doing your business plan one of the most important elements that can have no mistakes is your Executive summary.
An executive summary is a sales tool for your business plan. The quality of your executive summary determines whether the person reading the plan will continue or just push it aside with the others that person has received.
Another to remember is that you should keep it short and sweet. One thing to keep in mine is to not let emotion get involved. You love your business or the concept of it but you do not want to appear as though you are too emotional or else the people reading it may feel that it is too biased.
