This is part two of the business plan video from last week.

While the video caters to already established businesses, it does have some excellent information on examining your current situation and figuring out were you fit it. It has some good information on figuring out what your market it and where you should be heading.

There is also a chart on how to analysis how you compare to your competition. This goes back to what I talked about yesterday. Even though you may be ahead of your competitors today, what are your competitors doing today?

Finally it gives you some good keys to success.
