Writing a Business Plan

This is part 4 on the series developing your business plan.
One of the interesting points that I came away with in this video is that the business plan is very much like goal setting. To make something a good goal it must be written down, must be specific, must have a specific timeline, and must be realistic.
The other similarity mentioned in the video between goal setting and the business plan is that it cannot be generic. A goal just like the business plan MUST be tailored specifically to you. Someone else's plan or goal is going to do nothing for you.
