Are Your Systems Ready for March 11 Change to DST?
Apparently, it is the older systems most at risk to the March 11 DST change over. If you have Windows Vista, XP, 2003, or Mac OS X, you can rest knowing that the DST Transitionlinks will be fairly smooth.
Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. will now begin the second Sunday of March and end the first Sunday of November, extending the duration of DST by four weeks each year, in compliance with the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Experts warn I.T. administrators as well as SMBs not to wait until the last minute to determine if patches are needed. Via NewsFactor
