Another Customer Service Story

Does your customer service WOW?

On this blog I have talked about Customer Service many times including my best experience in recent memory staying at the Marriott Townehouse Suites in Denver Tech Center.

Now here is a video from Shep Hyken who is a professional speakerlinks and business writer. He talks about an experience that he had taking a cab in Dallas to the Dallas Fort Worth Airport.

Taking a cab would have been the last place I would have thought about outstanding customer service. Usually cab rides are considered something of necessity not something you actually look forward to.

However, if you had the experience Shep did, would you be telling everyone about this cab and make sure they call him when they go to Dallas?

What are you doing to make sure people talk about you that way?
